Ketogenic diet – Is being on a keto diet good for you
In the past six months, the scale of the ketogenic diet has continued to expand, and this is for good reason. How Keto Started

My struggle with Keto
I started using Keto on February 28, 2018. I tried the Keto diet once about 6 months ago, but not in the first week. Keto’s first week was the worst week of the whole process. The terrible keto flu, also called carbohydrate flu, was here. Keto flu is the natural reaction your body experiences when it switches from burning glucose (sugar) to burning fat. Many people who have experienced a ketogenic diet say that this is actually very similar to detoxification. Can live anywhere from 3 days to a week. In my case, it only lasted a few days.

What is the ketogenic diet like?

What I can and can’t eat

I stayed there for 4 weeks, lost 33 pounds and felt great and energetic. Not as sleepy as before at noon at work. It takes serious commitment and a good meal plan to get to where you want to be smart. But the road to get there is always more satisfying than the destination.
